Over 15 years of experience advising domestic and international corporations, financial institutions, insurers, private equity firms and a variety of investment management firms and alternative investment providers on a wide range of corporate and real estate transactions in Portugal and cross-border.
Diogo heads the firm's Real Estate practice in Portugal, advising on a wide range of corporate transactions and real estate matters, including portfolio sales and acquisitions, sale and leaseback operations, asset management, property development and construction agreements. He is experienced in the negotiation of all types of corporate and real estate contracts.
Professional Memberships
Active in Portugal and abroad, Diogo is experienced in the negotiation of construction agreements and coordinated the review of the Portuguese version of FIDIC’s conditions of contracts for construction. He furthermore integrates FIDIC’s Accredited Trainers List, providing training in this field and attending conferences and seminars as speaker.
