The corporate practice has worked extremely closely with in-house client teams forming an integral part of the negotiating team, in particular in the negotiation of commercial contracts (eg distribution contracts) in close connection with the competition and intellectual property team, now finding solutions to issues that have not arisen before.
We act for an enormous range of clients on public and private M&A, including large multi-nationals, leading Portuguese companies and financial institutions. We serve as principal counsel to a number of leading international entities, and have developed an extensive clientele among top companies.
