Personal

Dino is a partner in the specialist dispute resolution team at Cripps. He has wide ranging experience in resolving disputes for both private and corporate clients, particularly in connection with inheritance, trusts and estates. Dino manages a team which specialises in this field.

He is an expert in resolving wills, trusts, inheritance and estates disputes. Dino also has a background in advising clients on contractual disputes, issues surrounding the court of protection and mental capacity.

Dino has a calm and approachable manner, and is thorough in all aspects of his work. He keeps in mind the individual objectives of his clients and prides myself on providing advice that is clear and concise.

Work Highlights

Successfully resolved a complex dispute on behalf of the beneficiaries to a £950,000 estate involving multiple claims, including a 1975 Acti claim.

Successfully acted for and negotiated a high value settlement for a claimant under the 1975 Act in respect of their parents multi-million pound estate.

Successfully represented the litigation friend to a child on a dispute over the construction of a will relating to a multimillion pound estate.

Successfull prevented a claimant from pursuing a x.50 Administration of Justice Act 1985 claim for the removal and replacement of an executor client while resolving a dispute over estate assets.

Successfully resolved a complex dispute over the validity of a deceased's will and administration of an estate, which included a high value business and assets with a collective value of c£6 million.
