Dinis is a partner in the Tax practice, focusing on tax consultancy work in inbound and outbound international tax structuring operations, reorganisations and mergers and acquisitions. He regularly advises clients from the financial and energy sectors, investment funds and real estate industry.
Dinis holds a law degree from the University of Lisbon, a master's in EU tax Law from the University of Lisbon, and an advanced LLM in International Tax Law from the International Tax Center of Leiden University.
He is regularly invited as a guest speaker at Portuguese and international tax conferences and has worked with the Centre for Judiciary Studies as a guest lecturer since 2016. Dinis was also a guest lecturer in EU tax law and transfer pricing at the International Tax Center Leiden (2017-2021) and was responsible for the Corporate Income Tax course of the Master's in Tax Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa (2020-2024).
Dinis is an associate of the CIDEEFF - Centre for Research into European, Economic, Financial and Tax Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
