Kim is a Group Partner* in Guernsey and part of Walkers' Banking & Finance Practice Group. Kim's practice focusses on asset finance, leveraged finance, corporate finance, and real estate finance.
Kim has over 16 years' Guernsey banking and finance experience advising banks, alternative lenders (including private credit funds) and corporates in relation to a broad range of financing transactions, including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, corporate finance, real estate finance and asset finance transactions.
Kim also has expertise working with the corporate and investment funds team in relation to internal group restructurings and financings and the insolvency and disputes resolution team in relation to enforcement matters.
Kim is part of Walkers Global Asset Finance Group and works with leasing companies and financiers on transactions involving aircraft on 2-REG (Guernsey’s aircraft registry) as well as on shipping matters. She is co-founder and member of 2-REG's local aviation working group.
