Dieter Juedes

Dieter is a trial attorney focusing on complex, high-exposure business and insurance coverage disputes.

Dieter has handled all phases of litigation, including pretrial hearings and motions, trials, and appeals in state and federal court in all regions of the United States.

Dieter has worked on a broad array of insurance coverage matters involving nearly every kind of insurance policy, including layering and allocation coverage issues under multiple insurance policies, bad faith claims, environmental disputes and professional liabilities.

He also regularly defends companies ranging from startups to large corporations and other stakeholders in a wide variety of quickly moving business-to-business matters that can involve injunctions and restraining orders. He assists clients with noncompete agreements, trade secret claims and franchise disputes, among other issues.

Dieter is a passionate litigator who advocates to protect client interests and business assets. He enjoys the day-to-day complexity of guiding clients through sensitive business issues. His goal is to work hand in hand with clients to develop a game plan and then assertively execute that plan.
