She possesses strong experience in the technology sector and a rare set of competencies in the areas of data protection, e-privacy, e-commerce, e-signatures, e-payments, consumer protection, etc. Desislava advises large multinational and domestic companies on complex digital business matters and technological projects from structuring the business model to its successful launch and day-to-day operations. She has been involved in drafting numerous legislative acts, incl. in the area of e-governance, e-communications, e-commerce, etc., a speaker at various conferences and lecturer at prestigious Bulgarian universities.
