Career

Dennis Barsky advises major corporations and private equity funds in cross-border transactions. He advises U.S.-based clients on corporate transactions throughout Asia, including in Singapore, China, India, Indonesia, and Vietnam, as well as Asia-based funds and corporations on their U.S. investments. Dennis also has extensive experience advising fund sponsors and investors in the establishment of private equity and real estate funds.
