Deirdre has extensive experience in commercial property law, advising clients across the full spectrum of transactions, including portfolio and single-asset acquisitions and disposals, financing, landlord and tenant, development and asset management. Deirdre regularly works hand in glove with our corporate and finance teams on portfolio loan sales and acquisitions.
