Karen is a highly experienced construction lawyer with a broad practice encompassing a wide range of sectors including: fit out, refurbishment & expansion contracts in the tech, pharmaceutical, agri food and leisure sectors based on employer design, EPC and construction management models; commercial and residential property development agreements and construction contracts including ancillary documentation such as bonds, collateral warranties and design team appointments; and turbine supply and civil contracts including EPC contracting in the wind energy sector. Karen also advises on dispute avoidance and dispute resolution in the construction sector and has a domestic and international arbitration practice acting both as party representative and arbitrator.
