Kevin is a partner in the firm’s Debt Finance Group.

Kevin has extensive experience in banking and finance transactions with an emphasis on domestic and cross-border finance transactions and financial services. Kevin acts for a wide range of financial institutions, direct lenders, funds and corporates advising on fund finance, asset/property finance, acquisition finance, structured finance, workouts and debt restructuring.
