Deepa Vallabh

Deepa Vallabh is a partner in Bowmans’ Johannesburg office M&A Practice. She specialises in corporate and commercial law and has experience in a wide range of areas including mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border), corporate reorganisations, restructurings and compliance. Her particular focus is on cross-border M&A into other parts of Africa beyond South Africa. Her sector experience covers insurance, telecommunications, media and communications, agriculture, manufacturing, consumer products, mining and resources, investments, private equity, exchange control and pharmaceuticals. She has BSc, LLB and LLM (Tax Law) degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand.
