Her cases involve high net worth individuals, international issues and include ancillary relief claims, Part III, Schedule 1, prenuptial agreements. All matters are highly confidential in nature. She represented the appellant in K v K (international relocation) and respondent in Re: C (internal relocation) - the two landmark private child law cases in the last 50 years and continues to appear in the Court of Appeal on a regular basis.
