I am a Partner in the Corporate and Capital Markets team in the London office. I specialise in UK and cross-border corporate finance, M&A and joint venture transactions for both public and private companies.

Given my experience, I am ranked by Chambers & Partners UK for UK capital markets – AIM and noted by Legal 500 for M&A; Smaller Deals, £10m-100m.

My experience is across a broad range of sectors with expertise in advising companies at all stages of the business cycle in the technology, natural resources (including mining, oil and gas), renewable energy, healthcare and real estate sectors.

The Michelmores’ Capital Markets team advises on a broad range of London equity capital markets transactions across AIM, the London Stock Exchange and Aquis Stock Exchange, such as IPOs, dual-listings, secondary listings, subsequent fundraisings, reverse takeovers, M&A, and pre-IPO fundraisings. The team acts for nominated advisers, brokers, financial advisers and issuers/companies.

Given the international nature of my work (including 11 years working at US law firms), I am efficient and well versed in advising on M&A and joint venture/investment transactions that involve an international element.
