Charlotte Bolton

I’m a Partner in the Commercial Dispute Resolution Team. I advise clients on a range of commercial disputes although my focus (and passion!) is working with clients in relation to brand protection issues and in particular intellectual property (IP) disputes, defamation and harassment matters.

I obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice from the University of Oxford in 2018 and am proud to be recognised as a “Rising Star” in The Legal 500 for IP and recommended for my strong support in the Reputation Management team. I have also been recognised as an “Associate to Watch” in Chambers for commercial litigation.

One of the best bits of my role is working with clients to understand their objectives and getting to know how they work. I enjoy being able to think creatively and commercially to help clients to achieve those objectives.

I work with clients in a diverse range of sectors, from innovative and exciting start-ups to household name brands. I enjoy learning about new technology, products and ideas – no day is the same. I am part of the Consumer Brands team as many of my clients operate in the retail and consumer sectors, including the food and drink industry which is a real passion of mine.
