Dawn represents developers, public companies, privately held entities and individuals in all types of commercial real estate transactions, including the buying, selling, leasing and developing of commercial real estate nationwide. She also has broad experience representing both lenders and borrowers in commercial lending transactions, with a particular emphasis on transactions involving commercial real estate.

Her commercial real estate practice includes representation of developers, as well as large companies that own and/or lease real estate assets across the United States as a part of their business operations. She has closed transactions involving multifamily, student housing, senior living, self-storage, retail, office, healthcare, hospitality, condominium and timber properties. Dawn also represents a number of financial institutions on syndicated and non-syndicated construction loans, interim and permanent loans, corporate revolvers and term loan facilities, subscription facilities and other commercial financing transaction.
