David H. Stein co-leads the Banking & Financial Services practice group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Mr. Stein regularly represents banks, financial institutions, leasing creditors, trustees, receivers, creditors' committees, debtors, commercial landlords and purchasers of distressed assets in connection with lending, work-outs, commercial litigation, business reorganization, foreclosure litigation, asset recovery and judgment enforcement matters. His significant courtroom experience extends to the litigation of complex commercial matters, enforcement of and priority of liens, adjudication of claims and security interests and other matters affecting the debtor-creditor relationship.
Mr. Stein earned his law degree at University of Baltimore School of Law in 1986 and earned his undergraduate degree at Rutgers University in 1982.
