Michael F. Schaff co-leads the Corporate, Health and Cannabis Law groups at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Mr. Schaff counsels clients on the legal and business ramifications of any transaction, contract, agreement or negotiation by leveraging a diverse educational and professional background rooted in healthcare regulatory, business, finance and taxation. He represents start-ups and established businesses of all sizes as well as physician practices, private equity companies, hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, clinically integrated networks, managed care organizations, physicians and other healthcare providers in strategic transactions with respect to entity formation, joint ventures, stock and asset acquisitions and sales, regulatory compliance, as well as simple to complex commercial agreements and contracts. He also advises clients in private equity investments in healthcare and telehealth.

Mr. Schaff earned his LL.M. degree at Boston University School of Law in Taxation in 1983 and his J.D. degree at New York Law School in 1982.
