Jason J. Krisza

Jason J. Krisza is a shareholder on the Corporate and Health Law groups at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Mr. Krisza represents healthcare entities and individual healthcare professionals as well as businesses and business owners in a variety of legal disputes, business transactions, and regulatory matters affecting their operations. His healthcare practice focuses on the representation of individual healthcare professionals as well as medical practices in connection with complex statutory and regulatory laws affecting their practices. He also drafts and negotiates a wide variety of agreements, including employment agreements and hospital affiliation agreements. In connection with corporate law, Mr. Krisza provides regulatory and corporate advice to businesses and individuals in all stages of a business’ lifecycle, including formation, expansion, consolidation, and wind-down.

Mr. Krisza earned his law degree at Syracuse University College of Law in 2014 and earned his undergraduate degree at Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2011.
