David is experienced in all aspects of real estate. He advises clients on their most complex structured investment transactions, joint ventures, development projects, major leasing and finance-related work. David has a strong track record representing overseas investors on many of the largest investment deals and development projects in the City, as well as advising clients internationally on cross-border and pan-European deals David is focused on delivering strong commercial outcomes and has developed close relationships with many of the firm's key clients, including international investors, property companies, private equity funds, corporate occupiers, lenders and public sector bodies.
