He has extensive experience with major projects, facilities and service models and has worked in an array on industries -- most notably utilities, transportation, healthcare, education and energy.

Personal
David is a Member of the PPP Task force, Public Sector Accounting Board, CPA Institute of Canada (which establishes the public private accounting standards for the public sector); Past Chair of the Development Issues Committee of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties; he has been an Adjunct Professor at the UBC Faculty of Law; an Instructor for the Property Owners and Managers Association; and is a Fellow of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers (CCCL). David is also a regular contributor to the profession and business community through speaking, publications and task force involvement.
