Renowned for achieving results, David is frequently brought in at sentence or appeal to secure the best possible outcome. Most recently, he acted in the Court of Appeal reference by the CCRC in the case of Ben Field (dramatized by the BBC in The Sixth Commandment), the first ever referral on the ground of “exceptional circumstances.”
