David J Papier

David Papier has a broad background of more than 30 years in corporate and securities law. Mr. Papier counsels public and private companies, private equity firms, venture capital funds and investment banking firms in a broad array of transactions, including public and private debt and equity offerings and domestic and international mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Papier has extensive experience in financing transactions for borrowers and lenders and advises senior executives of tech and life sciences companies in securities offerings, strategic alliances, board governance and executive compensation.
