David Erickson

David works primarily with real estate lenders, developers, debtors, and creditors in the real estate and construction industries. For over 30 years, David has been one of the lead Iowa partners assisting a large national bank with real estate transactions, bankruptcy matters, foreclosures, and real estate closings. David also leads the Iowa team's daily work for Iowa’s largest credit union. This includes lending work in the four-county region of Polk, Dallas, Warren, and Jasper and handling all closing and title work.

David is entrenched in real estate seminars and organizations across Iowa. David is a long-time member of the Title Standards Committee which meets twice a year to write standards for title examiners in Iowa.
