Darrell Podowski

Practice focuses on commercial mining transactions, M&A, going public and corporate finance transactions, and general corporate/commercial matters. Advises on complex mineral joint venture transactions, royalty and streaming transactions, asset purchase and sale transactions, strategic alliances, off-take and concentrate sale agreements, and joint operating agreements. Extensive experience with Latin America-related transactions. Four years of experience as in-house Corporate Counsel to Teck Resources Limited, a multinational diversified mining company, and worked for two years in Bermuda with a large off-shore law firm. Prior to his law career, was an exploration geophysicist with Amoco Canada Petroleum Company.
