He presently spearheads the Public Law & Regulatory practice at Simmons & Simmons Spain. Within the domain of public law and regulation, Daniel has adeptly represented both national and international clients before governmental authorities, regulatory agencies, and in administrative litigation courts on a wide array of issues. These include infrastructure, state-owned assets, sanctioning procedures, grants and subsidies, public procurement, and regulated industries, with a notable emphasis on renewable energy sectors.
