Daniel Lister

Daniel Lister acts in the most complex and serious cases. His practice concentrates on business crime, homicide, and serious and organised crime. He is regularly instructed on a private basis and in high profile matters.

Daniel has been ranked as a leader in his field since 2016. He is instructed in the most noteworthy cases in the Crown Court including Operation Estevan (an Encrochat drugs conspiracy heard together with Operation Embossed before Mr Justice Dove and then at the Court of Appeal), Operation Benson (a conspiracy to cause explosions with a 56 day trial and 2 retrials), Operation Dougal (4 month conspiracy to defraud prosecuted by Trading Standards, with in excess of 1 million documents – VHCC) and Operation Conclave (leading counsel in advance fee fraud valued in excess of £1million).
