Daniel Jiménez is the founding partner of SLJ Abogados in Madrid and leads the firm's Complex Litigation practice. With over 30 years of experience, he has represented clients in some of Spain’s most significant civil, commercial, and criminal disputes, earning recognition for his strategic insight and compelling advocacy. Daniel regularly advises on high-profile cross-border matters, shareholder conflicts, breaches of contract, and white-collar criminal cases. Prior to founding SLJ Abogados, Daniel was partner and head of the litigation and arbitration department of Ashurst (Madrid) from 2019 to 2014.

- Grifols investigation (Audiencia Nacional): Represented short sellers Gotham City Research and General Industrial Partners in connection with the ongoing criminal investigation related to the fall in Grifols’ share price following a report issued by Gotham.
