• Grifols share price investigation (Audiencia Nacional): Represented short sellers Gotham City Research and General Industrial Partners in connection with the ongoing criminal investigation related to the fall in Grifols’ share price following a report issued by Gotham.
• Sovereign enforcement: Represented and defended a client in Spanish proceedings for the recognition and enforcement of an arbitral award against a sovereign state.
• International arbitration (sports sector): Represented a multinational company in the sports industry in an LCIA arbitration against a Spanish football club.
• Cross-border judgment enforcement: Defended an international bank in Spanish proceedings for the recognition and enforcement of an Italian court judgment.
