Daniel Gera is the office managing partner of Schoenherr's Hungarian office with close to twenty years of experience in advising international and domestic clients in the fields of corporate and employment law and in various M&A transactions. Daniel started his professional career in the associated law firm of one of the Big Four auditing and accounting firms where he gained significant experience in corporate law and employment related matters including employment related litigation. He later joined a French international law firm where he was a member of the corporate and M&A team with a strong focus on employment law. During this period he gained experience in handling various commercial and employment related litigation matters, including cases related to compliance and white collar crime. During the advisory work Daniel has covered a wide range of economic sectors and industries, including construction, energy and automotives. He is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences.
