He has recently advised: Türk Eximbank on a landmark investment in Africa Finance Corporation, the pan-African infrastructure-focused multilateral financial institution; EBRD on its €75m investment in R.Power, an independent power producer based in Poland; Siguler, Guff on the sale of Into-Sana, Siguler's portfolio company active in the medical business in Ukraine; Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) on the acquisition of a c. 20% interest in D.ream International, a global fine dining group, from Doğuş Group, one of Turkey’s largest conglomerates; Farfetch UK on the acquisition of the Wanna virtual try-on technology and Voir make-up virtual try on and beautification technology; Interxion, a Digital Realty company, on its acquisition of Greece's largest data center company, Lamda Hellix; Glamox on its public tender offer to acquire ES-SYSTEM; EximBank of Romania on its purchase of the National Bank of Greece’s 99.28% equity holding in Banca Romaneasca; DCH Group on the acquisition of the DMZ steel mill from Evraz plc; Akfen Holding on the sale of 40% of Mersin International Port to IFM Investors and a bidder for the assets of ArcelorMittal in Romania, Macedonia and Italy.
