Dan engaged in a wide-ranging environmental law practice during his 34-year career at Hunton Andrews Kurth. He focused much of his work on remediation projects and cost allocation under the U.S. Superfund law and similar state laws, but he also assisted clients frequently before various regulatory agencies, in corporate and real estate transactions, and in the defense of enforcement actions. Dan paid particular attention to identifying practical solutions that would advance clients’ project development, manufacturing, financing, permitting and cleanup projects.
