Her clients include the African Export-Import Bank(Afreximbank), Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, International Breweries Plc, Addax Petroleum Development (Nigeria) Limited and Lafarge Africa Plc. Recently, she advised Afreximbank on its Pandemic Trade Impact Mitigation Facilities of up to US$600 million advanced to various Nigerian banks; as well as Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. and Citigroup Global Market representing the initial purchasers in a €260 million senior secured notes transaction.
Before joining Odujinrin & Adefulu, Damilola practised with law firms based in the USA and Nigeria. She has been a Partner in the firm since 2007. She was between 2017-2019, the Secretary of the Nigerian Capital Market Solicitors Association.
