Dr Adefulu is a Partner in the Energy Practice Team at Odujinrin & Adefulu, Nigeria. He has extensive experience in matters relating to petroleum law, electricity markets, project finance and environmental law. Adeoye regularly advises international and local clients on the entire value chain of the Nigerian energy industry. He has recently advised on several successful acquisitions of oil and gas interests as well as the financing of oil and gas operations in Nigeria.
Nigerian Bar Association and the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators. Dr. Adefulu is currently the Vice Chairman of the Section on Business Law of the Nigerian Bar Association.
Dr. Adefulu has published a number of papers in international journals including 'The International Energy Law and Taxation Review'. He is a member of the Nigerian National Assembly's Technical Committee on Petroleum Industry Reforms. He is also the managing editor of the www.petroleumindustrybill.com the only website dedicated to providing up to date news, analysis and information on Nigeria’s Petroleum Industry Bill.
Dr. Adefulu obtained his law degree from the University of Lagos (Nigeria) and holds Masters and Doctorate degrees from the Centre for Energy Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) Scotland.
