Cyrus Pocha

Cyrus is co-head of Freshfields’ global fintech group and regulatory advises clients in all areas of the fintech ecosystem. Cyrus has extensive experience of domestic and international regulatory issues. Cyrus’ clients call on him for regulatory advice in the context of both their key strategic issues and complicated regulated transactions. Cyrus’ clients include banks, investment firms, asset managers, financial sponsors, sovereign wealth funds and market infrastructure providers (including payment service providers).

Cyrus has spent time on secondment within the prime brokerage groups of two leading investment banks, at a European-based independent clearing house and at our Berlin office, and regularly presents internally and externally on financial services regulatory issues.
