Curtis B Miner

Curtis Miner has three decades of experience in civil and criminal litigation and dispute resolution in his practice. He has tried dozens of cases before juries and judges across a wide array of matters in state and federal courts. His practice includes complex commercial litigation, government investigations, white collar criminal defense, catastrophic personal injury, and wrongful death matters.

Miner has been appointed by both federal and state courts to important lead and liaison counsel positions in high-profile cases. He served as Lead Counsel for the Personal Injury Track in the In re Takata Airbags Product Liability Multidistrict Litigation and as Liaison Counsel for the Wrongful Death Class in the In re Champlain Towers South Collapse Litigation. He has also served as class counsel in consumer protection and financial fraud litigation and as a court-appointed receiver in federal enforcement actions.
