Colson Hicks Eidson represented Havana Docks Corporation in four lawsuits against Carnival Corporation, Norwegian Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean Cruises, and MSC Cruises under Title III of the of the U.S. Cuban Liberty and Democratic Solidarity (Libertad) Act. The lawsuit stemmed from the defendants' trafficking in the Havana Port Terminal, property that Fidel Castro’s government confiscated from Havana Docks Corporation.
