Cristian Fischetti

Cristian Fischetti is a partner in our Milan office and Head of the Italian Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy practice.

Cristian assists clients dealing with complex distressed situations and debt restructuring processes, including turnaround and special situations investments, corporate reorganization plans, debt restructuring agreements, compositions of debts with creditors (in/out of court), M&A and financing of distressed target companies.

He specializes in bankruptcy law and corporate restructuring, with a focus on debt restructuring agreements, recovery plans and compositions of debts with creditors, both dismissive and with going concern. He also assists clients in bankruptcy proceedings and investors (as non-performing loan companies and turnaround funds) in bankruptcy agreements.

He also deals with the purchase and assignment of UTP/ NPL receivables, both portfolios and single name exposures.
