Practice Areas

In addition to commercial disputes, Craig also specialises in private sector work, handling a range of litigation involving wills, trusts and probate. He has a particular focus on contentious inheritance disputes, including the validity of testamentary documents, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975 and disputes regarding the administration of trusts and estates. Craig is also a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).

He is ranked Band 1 in both Chambers UK and Chambers HNW. Craig’s experience as a top litigator was also recognised when he and his team were listed in The Times Best Law Firms 2023.

Additionally, Craig is an experienced mediation advocate and is an accredited mediator of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution CEDR. He has used these skills to resolve many disputes for both commercial and private clients.
