Dominic’s work involving trusts has allowed him to develop the expertise to advise both trustees and beneficiaries on their legal position, obligations and rights. He also deals with all aspects of private client law including wills, probate and estate administration, powers of attorney and applications to the Court of Protection. Dominic also practises as a Notary Public having been admitted as a Notary by the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury in 2022.
Dominic is known for his high level of client service and is able to deal with complex issues in a timely and effective way. He is experienced in dealing with high value trusts and estates. As the secretary of B P Collins Trust Corporation Limited, Dominic is involved in the creation and administration of trusts, of which the Trust Corporation is the professional trustee.
