Dominic Ibbs

A principal lawyer at B P Collins, Dominic has adept experience in trusts that has developed his expertise to advise both trustees and beneficiaries on their legal position, obligations and rights. He advises on all aspects of private client law including wills, probate and estate administration, powers of attorney and applications to the Court of Protection. Dominic also practises as a Notary Public having been admitted as a Notary by the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury in 2022.
