Craig Stewart

Craig Stewart successfully represents clients from a broad array of industries in complex litigation, providing sound counsel when their reputations are on the line.

His clients rely on Craig for help in business, class action, resources/environmental, and lawyer professional liability litigation.

Craig has extensive trial experience in state and federal courts and administrative tribunals, including trials in cases involving disputes over corporate governance and control, complex contract interpretation, validity of mining claims, mining joint ventures, and natural resource damages under CERCLA.

Craig is a member of Holland & Hart’s five-partner Management Committee, which oversees the firm’s management and strategic direction. He also serves as counsel to the firm. From 2010-2017, he led the firm’s 100-lawyer Business Litigation Practice Group.
