Constantinos Lambadarios is one of the leading transactional lawyers in Greece. He is the firm’s managing partner and head of the M&A and Real Estate practice groups as well as a member of our Energy and Infrastructure practices. In addition to his extensive transactional work, Constantinos regularly advises leading fund managers and investors on fund structuring, formation, fundraising and operations, as well as on investments in private funds and other structures. His experience includes the formation, raising and operation of a leading fund and its two successor funds with HDBI, advising fund managers on establishment and management agreements with the EIF, supporting LPs in the transfer of their units, assisting founder unit holders in setting up carry vehicles and related personal structures, and advising on complex governance matters such as key executive replacements.

As well as advising on sophisticated financial arrangements and corporate transactions, Constantinos is also a highly skilled arbitrator and accredited mediator.

He has also been instrumental in establishing the firm’s Epaminondas Lambadarios Scholarship, a scholarship set up in partnership with The Geneva LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS) for aspiring Greek lawyers interested in pursuing a career in international dispute management.
