Clementine is a partner at Payne Hicks Beach specialising in private wealth disputes.

In addition, Clementine advises on the full range of inheritance disputes, including will challenges, removal applications and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. She also has experience of matters involving insolvency, fraud and asset tracing claims, including freezing injunctions and disclosure orders, and is regularly involved in advising trustees and beneficiaries on divorce proceedings and art and cultural property disputes.
