She has a strong track record advising listing applicants, listed issuers, underwriters and investors in sectors spanning life science and healthcare, technology, e-commerce, consumer and retail, and real estate. She has advised on numerous innovative and pioneering Hong Kong listings, including the first Chapter 18B De-SPAC listing, and the first Chapter 18C Specialist Technology Company IPO. Claudia also led the first batch of “homecoming” voluntary dual primary listing conversions of previously Hong Kong secondary listed issuers, and regularly advises dual-United States and Hong Kong listed companies in transactional and compliance matters.
