Chris is a transactional real estate, business, and corporate attorney helping clients with commercial and residential real estate; business entity formation, management, contracting, and operations; and business sales, mergers, and acquisitions.

Within his real estate practice, Chris has extensive experience in multifamily housing and renewable energy development, while his business and corporate practice primarily involves advising small and medium-sized businesses in all stages of development, from formation to ongoing operations as well as sale and acquisition transactions.
