Chris focuses his practice on all aspects of real estate development from due diligence and acquisition through zoning, subdivision, permitting, environmental remediation, and construction. Chris also represents lenders and investors in multi-party, real-estate-based financial transactions involving both mortgage structures and ground lease structures, and related loan workouts, restructurings, and foreclosures. Finally, Chris handles matters relating to ongoing ownership of real estate, such as leasing, tax abatements, and certain operating permits.
