Christopher McCoy

Chris McCoy advises institutional and private equity investors along with private sponsors in complex real estate and infrastructure transactions. In addition to being a member of the Real Estate & Funds practice group, Chris is also a member of the firm's Infrastructure and Financial Services Industries of Focus.

Chris's clients are investors, sponsors, and developers of regional, national and international real estate and infrastructure projects. His representative transactions include structuring single asset, debt, portfolio and programmatic joint ventures as well as fund formation matters.

Mr. McCoy's practice also includes advising on the acquisition, development, debt and equity financing, and disposal of commercial real estate assets, including office, industrial, residential (multifamily and single-family portfolio), healthcare, hospitality, retail and infrastructure projects.
