Career

Chris is a Partner based in our London office. Chris works in the real estate finance team. He acts for lenders and borrowers on development and investment financings across the UK and continental Europe including significant experience on pan-European transactions. He regularly advises on secured senior and mezzanine financings, investment grade borrowing and also leads the team’s work on REO/NPL transactions. Clients he acts for include BNP Paribas, Cerberus, Deutsche Bank, GLP, Goldman Sachs, Hammerson, Lloyds Bank, Morgan Stanley, PGIM and Societe Generale.
