Christopher Machera is Co-Head of Weil’s Private Equity Group, and a member of the Firm’s Global Leadership and Strategy Committee. Since joining Weil in 2005, Chris has focused exclusively on representing private equity firms. His clients include large cap sponsors such as Blackstone, CVC, Goldman Sachs and TPG, as well as prominent sponsors in the mid-market (including Aterian, Citation, Cornell, GHK, GrowthCurve, Motive, Oak Hill and TruArc).
