With extensive experience in both in-house and private practice settings, Christine focuses her practice on guiding employers in the technology, education, food systems, manufacturing, agriculture, transportation, engineering, construction, healthcare, life sciences, energy, and financial services industries through the complexities of business immigration strategy and cross-border workforce mobility.
Christine partners with employers to develop tailored immigration strategies that support business growth and talent acquisition. She is highly skilled in preparing employer sponsored petitions and applications like H-1B, L-1, E-2, TN, and permanent residence applications. Christine also assists employers with ensuring Form I-9 compliance and represents clients in defense against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) investigations. She is highly knowledgeable about regulatory compliance, immigration policy development, and workforce training, enabling clients to minimize risk and maintain compliance in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.
Christine routinely represents clients before key federal agencies, including U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S Department of State, and the U.S. Department of Labor. She is known for her practical, business-focused approach to immigration challenges, helping organizations navigate the intricacies of business immigration law while maintaining operational efficiency.
Before joining the firm, Christine was in-house counsel for a multi-billion dollar technology company, leading their immigration and global mobility efforts. Previously, she worked as an attorney for a boutique immigration law firm in Kansas City, where she provided immigration support to small businesses, tech-focused startups, multinational organizations, and companies in the technology, food systems, manufacturing, agriculture, transportation, education, engineering, construction, healthcare, life sciences, energy, and financial services industries.
